What To Expect
The Pre-Visit
Once you've secured your appointment through our online booking page on Fresha, you'll get a text with a link to all the details you'll need including date and time, services booked, pricing and our location.
You'll get reminder messages via text, email or both depending on your preferences selected 3 days before your appointment and again the day before.
In the meantime we may reach out to request photos of your hair and inspiration to ensure the correct services and allocated time has been selected.
If you have any questions before your appointment, please don't hesitate to send us a message!
The Consultation
You will have a consultation at the commencement of your appointment every visit! This ensures that we remain on the same page in terms of your vision, the suitability of your current colour for your lifestyle, making sure you're all over and loving your at home hair care routine and that you can nail the styling.
You will always know the process and how much each appointment will cost- no surprises!
After Goodbye
We want you to be in love with your hair! For any reason you're not feeling the love please let us know so that we can help you!
Rebooking your next appointment at checkout is advised to secure your preference of days and times especially around holidays.
